Why you should Exhibit at Ludlow Food Festival!

• Food lovers from across the world consider the Ludlow Food Festival, held each year in the unique stunning setting of Ludlow Castle, as the country's leading food festival.
• With over 17,000 visitors coming to the town over the 3 days and around 12,000 of them entering the medieval castle, this is a great place to showcase your business.
• Ludlow, a Market Town offering 3 butchers, 3 bakers, 2 delis and a Farm Shop serving a population of only 10,000 people, there is nowhere more picturesque - a real destination for food lovers!
• Ludlow Castle is the location for the Festival, but more events and trails take place around the market town.

Please note our catchment area for exhibitors is the Welsh Marches, however we do accept applications from producers outside of this area on special occassions, please get in touch here. 

The Ludlow Food Festival Exhibitor Bursary is BACK for 2025!

We are pleased to say that the Exhibitor Bursary is back for the 2025 Ludlow Food Festival. If you are a small producer and have a unique product that you think Ludlow Food Festival is yet to showcase, then get in touch with Hannah to see if you are eligible for our Bursary.

This type of exhibitor application is an opportunity for small producers to showcase their product at Ludlow Food Festival with a discounted pitch cost. We understand not everyone is able to pay for the full weekend, so you have the option for one, two or the full three days.

If your application is accepted, the first year you attend we will provide a half price discount, the following years we hope to work up towards paying the full cost of the pitch price, so we are able to provide the opportunity to other small up and coming producers.
