'Wines with passion, provenance, and purpose' - Slow Food Workshop
Shrewsbury born and bred Tom Holt from Paso-Primero has been making wines in Somontano, northern Spain for the last nine years. In that time his portfolio has exploded from a single, conventionally farmed, commercially produced wine to a series of wines made with passion, provenance, and purpose. His 'Paso-Project' has seen him re-establish forgotten vineyards and restore forgotten varietals, redefining what was thought possible in Somontano. This tasting will give you a chance to try the wines that have formed the backbone of this revolution.
- Taste Workshops tickets cost £20 (£18 for Slow Food members)
Please note you will also need a ticket to enter the Ludlow Food Festival
