Harry has spent the best part of his life working in professional kitchens, honing his skills along the way, including running his own kitchen at The Coach House in Norbury, achieving 2 AA rosettes in the first 3 months. This led him to attract the eye of Harden’s Guide where he achieved 5/5 for exceptional cookery. The Saturday Times ranked him 8/10, and Michelin even knocked on the door!
Now Harry and his team, provide you with a bespoke service, a culinary event like no other, be it in your own home, or at the fabulous venues of Dinham Weir House and Redford Farm Barns.
A keen countryman, Harry immerses himself into outdoor activities including game shooting, gardening, and fishing, so a meticulous eye for quality and animal welfare is at the forefront of Harry’s mind. Photography is also a big part of Harry’s life, which allows him to explore different areas of the county and discover new wild ingredients on the way.
Harry is ready to welcome you into the world of Evatt & Bullock Co, based at Dinham Weir House, Ludlow where he had cooked for various celebrity guests, including Dame Judi Dench.
