Julian brings the heat to some of London's best live fire restaurants. Supplying the finest kiln dried woods and other ethical fuels to everyone from Michelin starred to street food vendors. After decades of working in the city, Julian moved into the world of live fire cooking and has already established himself as the go-to person for all things fire!
Having travelled extensively in the past few years, learning new skills, working and cooking with some of the finest chefs, he will be fanning the flames and demo'ing at this year's Ludlow Food Festival
