Buds and Blossoms with Liz Knight
Liz is a foraging course teacher and author of 'Forage - Wild plants to gather, cook and eat'. When Liz was in her 20s she brought a second hand wild flower ID book and found that the previous owner had scribbled notes in about how to eat the plants in the book. Slowly she started eating them and became hooked, because wild food isn't just free, nutritious and sustainable; it's often also very delicious. Liz has been on a mission to teach people about those plants since.
Liz holds full and half day courses at beautiful locations near Abergavenny.
