We're delighted to welcome both Sandy back again to Ludlow and 'Bake in Time.'

If you're a Great British Bake Off fan, you'll instantly remember Sandy from the class of 2015 with her bubbly personality and down to earth approach, including demonstrating how a crème brulee should be like a 'bottom wobble,' and then again in the Christmas Special 2017 when she had Noel Fielding (literally) eating out the palm of her hand!

Sandy began baking as a child and likens her style to the way she describes herself, “it may not be glamour, but its tasty!”

Demonstrating at Food Festivals is one of her favourite things, enjoying the banter and fun with the audience.

Sandy supports various charities, with events both in her native Yorkshire for 'The Bronte Society' and 'Candlelighters Hospice,' and nationally too with 'Help for Heroes' and 'The NHS.'

The Author of two books, the first self-published, and a combination of easy and affordable recipes. The second, published by 'Scratching Shed Publications,' captures Sandy’s love of the North of England, with each recipe personalised to compliment the story of the people, places and towns in the North, incorporating facts and the local history. An ideal gift, especially for Northerners living around the world.
