Slow Food Sundays with Chef Damien McNamara
We have teamed up with Chef Damien McNamara of Chapter 66 for a series of Slow Food Sundays at Ludlow Castle across the year. Why are they so special? Well, it’s all about visiting our favourite destinations through the medium of food, our beloved subject.
For this workshop we cross the ocean, to Mexico, a country of exceptional cuisine. Utilising excellent ingredients sourced from Slow Food Business Supporters, Damien will talk us through his choice of lip-smacking items on this taster menu, inspiring you with a culinary experience.
- Taste Workshops tickets cost £20 (£18 for Slow Food members)
Please note you will also need a ticket to enter the Ludlow Food Festival

They all take place inside Ludlow Castle's Beacon Room which you enter via the Castle Garden area within Food Festival hours, or the Castle side door (right of main Castle entrance- look for the flag) for any out of hours workshops and the Slow Food Feast.
